POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUNDS

THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER

ESPOLEX is an advanced Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) specifically engineered for safety applications, combining the flexibility of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics. It offers exceptional performance in critical safety components, particularly in automotive applications where reliable deployment at low temperatures is crucial. ESPOLEX’s unique formulation allows for optimized coloring and superior surface finish, making it an ideal choice for both functional and aesthetic requirements in safety-critical parts.

ESPOLEX features an optimized rubber dispersion that ensures excellent low-temperature deployment performance. This design guarantees reliable activation of safety components, even in extreme cold conditions, critical for automotive safety applications

The material offers superior “mold in color” properties, allowing for excellent surface grain transcription. This capability enables manufacturers to achieve high-quality coloration and texture directly during the molding process, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUNDS

Noblen FX TPE offers the elasticity of rubber with the processing ease of thermoplastics, making it ideal for high-performance, flexible applications. Its excellent UV resistance, thermal stability, and soft-touch feel make it a top choice in automotive, medical, consumer, and electronic products. Noblen FX TPE enables cost-effective, recyclable solutions without compromising durability or design flexibility.

This compound offers significant design freedom. It provides a wide range of color options. Noblen FX TPE can be UV stabilized and additive modified. Rheology can also be customized for extrusion.

Can offer an economical replacement for high-cost thermoset rubbers like silicone and crosslinked rubbers like TPV. Excellent price to performance ratio.

Up to 25% recyclability can be achieved within the production process. Grades available with up to 50% recycled material. Options offered with reduced CO₂ emissions.
